RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days for a refund back to the original form of payment, less the shipping charge. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied. Final sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
*OGUY reserves the right to decline the return of your item(s), or assess a 15% re-stocking fee if the above terms have not been followed.
Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.
Please Note: A $7.95 fee will be assessed to all shipments that are returned because of failure to be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Do you provide International delivery?
We provide international delivery using standard delivery rates. We will assess customs and international rates once the address of delivery has been confirmed.
What are your delivery options?
We ship via FedEx, UPS, and United States Postal Service. We will ship your order for free within the United States using the least-cost method. If you require faster delivery, we can accommodate you but we will have to charge for shipping.
How do I track my order?
We will provide you with a track number when you order is complete and will ship via FedEx, UPS, and United States Postal Service.
How can I contact your couriers?
We use tracking numbers for all packages and will provide you with the tracking number via email once the item has been shipped. All packages can be tracked directly with the courier utilized.

Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production. To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
